"A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views and great service and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕"

"The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney for a facial or massage. We will be going back!"

The food was excellent, and Simon personally ensured that all the activities we wanted to do were fulfilled. We appreciated the casual, impeccable service. "The house is fantastic! They have thought of everything-kitchen is well stocked, towels, linens, soaps, great coffee machine including coffee beans and the house was immaculately clean! The hot tub was great and views of the mountains spectacular! Wilma was a great hostess-bringing fresh bread everyday and always responding quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this chalet-my family had an incredible stay! "
