“1. The room is large. Fare include breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is ok while the dinner is terrible, almost only vegetable, no meat. 2. Absolutely No WiFi in room. 3. The introduction says “Eve dinner” is included, but I am misled to interpret dinner is included only if I book the hotel on 31, Dec. We ate outside before check in and found dinner is provided. 4. It is strange one table is reserved for one room all day long, which means if you go early to the restaurant and there is good……

“A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. “A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.”

“Sensational place. Loved everything about Fiori . Reception staff was very helpful and provided great information about bus access to Cortina. This went very well with bus stop 50 metres from door. Free ski bus or 3 euro local bus to Cortina . Free afternoon snacks saved us quite a few dinners and attached cafe/bar has great stuff and prices. Breakfast staff so friendly and caring one of best accommodation we have ever stayed at.”
