Almost Perfect
The property is very nice, and close to the beach.The only negatives we had were that one of the air conditioners stopped working, and there was a water leak (leaking through the floor to the outside, not inside), which turned out to be the same problem. An air conditioner pipe in the floor had become clogged, causing both the stoppage of that air conditioning unit and the leak. Communication with the landlord was quick and clear and they had technicians on-site immediately. Both things were fixed very quickly.We also found that the dryer didn't work well on anything heavy. Towels and bedding had to be run through several times, and ultimately we took them out and hung them on the deck railings to dry in the wind.A few items missing from the listing:There is a standard coffee maker AND a Kuereg.There aren't blackout curtains, so light is going to come in in the mornings, but at least those widows face South, not East.The listing says one of the beds is a full, but all of the beds in the house appear to be queens.There are also no normal sized coffee cups and no large pot in the kitchen.All that said, we had a great time. We were there with 10 adults and two kids, representing four generations of our family. There were a lot more beach gear and toys there than we expected too.Finally, the Beach Club is great, and don't forget to ask for a military discount if you qualify for one. They do have that.I would definitely recommend this property.
