*Duplex (Studio)- Downstairs studio unit overlooking the bay! Ideal vacation spot for 2 guests (there is a pull out sofa bed to sleep 2 additional guests if needed). Property has a shared pier for fishing, wildlife viewing, and taking in the sunsets. Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan away from the crowds. This unit is an open studio suite with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, small table, kitchenette, and private full bathroom. Guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchenette is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away.

This property is located on the Ft Morgan peninsula approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free shared guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 1 smart tv, kitchenette, outdoor covered porch, charcoal grill, fishing/sunset pier (shared with the other unit guests).

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter supply pack” of dish/laundry detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.
