“Very dirty place, the room smell gross”

“The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building.”

“Property was good location to beach with golf cart. This unit was right next to the pool. Good 2/2 layout with nice furnishings. This unit needs maintenance to several areas in second bedroom and master shower. Pool was very warm with lots of sand so we didn't use. Also several area need to be cleaned of built up dust and hair. Pictures taken.”

“The location is very convenient, because Midtown is Central but not attractive. The parking is convenient, but the recommended elevator for our apartment was out of order. The initial key fob did not work for the garage. We got a new one the next day which then worked fine. The team and staff were helpful and very responsive. The equipment was basic but included the things one needs even for a longer stay. The property looks a little nicer in the photos than in reality. I would categorize it as……

“Has a real 30s/40s vibe in the room we were in. Tons of room. Did have an odor of disinfectants ”

“Lots of issues, TVs didn't work, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn't very well stocked, dryer didn't work. Overall not a great stay. ”
