“This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. When the kitchen ceiling sprang a leak due to the large amounts of rain, the property manager wasn’t concerned or responsive until Expedia Customer……

The yard is beautifully fenced and the king size bed is very comfortable! Many small touches that puts this place way above par inside and out! ”

“Very large, clean and modern apartment. The building facilities were amazing, great pool, secure parking, modern gym. Note the building is dog friendly (other tenants brought dogs regularly into the building and lifts), which could be a positive or negative for some people.”

“Great condo with everything we needed! Loved the view! Nice walk in shower with soap/shampoo dispensers and it was easy to log in to our streaming accounts on the TVs. We always have fun visiting Galveston and staying at SeaScape!!”
