"What a wonderful stay.. Graham, Sarah and Claire were such lovely hosts nothing to much trouble very accommodating from checking in to checking out.. Breakfast was excellent each morning cooked to order and evening meals were fantastic especially the fish and chips and homemade tartar sauce was so yummy.. The rooms are clean with lovely bedding and fantastic views of the beautiful island.. Can't wait to go back.. "

We loved walking around the tranquil setting and making friends with the local sheep. Our host was friendly, attentive, and the food wonderful. "Very central hotel overlooking the harbour a close walk to the main street and all the sights in town. The restaurant & bar area were great and rooms were quite comfortable. Staff were very friendly :) The only downside was the unusually hot summer weather made the rooms quite hot and stuffy."

"This cottage is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the location and view of the sea. We did have a little difficulty getting heat the first night but with Catriona’s instructions, it worked beautifully after it started up. We enjoyed having the washer, which enabled us to pack a little less and do a load of laundry half way through our trip. Kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed to make meals at home. We absolutely would recommend this beautiful place in “The Hope”!"
