As you enter the home there is a large living area with 2 sitting areas and a fireplace. The large gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, 2 gas stoves, 2 ovens, and warming ovens, plus 2 sink areas for cooking and cleaning. There is a large bar area around the counter top which will seat 14 guests. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV in this kitchen area as well. The sunken dining area is large and spacious with many windows and a table for up to 12 guests and has a 45-inch flat-screen TV.
The primary bedroom is to the right of the front entrance of the home which offers a King bed, gas fireplace, 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck area. The spacious ensuite bath has 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, two toilets, and a large walk-in closet. Off the hallway entrance is a spiral staircase that leads up to the reading room with built-in seating with 365-degree views of the Valley.
Downstairs off the living room is a media room with a 75-inch flat-screen TV. There is a large laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer with countertops for folding clothes. There are 4 more bedrooms on this level, 3 have King beds and one has a Queen bed. Each of these rooms has access to the outdoor patio and the backyard and each room has a 36-inch flat-screen TV. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite full-size bath with 2 sink vanity and combo shower/tub. Two more bathrooms are accessible from the hallway. One has 2 sinks and a shower only, the other has one sink vanity and shower only.
Back upstairs on the main level, there is a hallway that leads to the North Wing of the home. In the hallway is a half bath. The first room you come to is the sunken game room with a pool table, sitting area with a 75-inch flat-screen TV, and wet bar. There is access to the deck area with a hot tub and the backyard. Past this room and down a few steps is the Hemingway library with a gas fireplace to relax and play games or read a book. Down the hall is a half bath. As you continue down the hallway there is a full-size bathroom with shower and steam room. Continuing down to the end of the hallway is a large gym with state-of-the-art workout machines and weights as well as lockers for guests. There are 2 TVs and many windows to take in the view of the back yard.
Upstairs on the second floor in the north wing, you come to a gaming room with 2 TVs next to each other for playing games and another TV for watching TV. Off this room is a smaller bedroom with a twin bed for the Nanny. Past the gaming room is a room with an Air hockey table and 2 twin size built-in beds. Down a few steps is another large room with a built-in twin bed and double bed. This area has access to two full-size baths, one with a double vanity and a shower, the other with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Past this bathroom is a large study with a gas fireplace, desk, and chair. Next to this room is an office with a built-in wrap-around desk with 2 chairs and access to a deck area. Down the hall are 4 more bedrooms. Two with King beds, 36-inch flat-screen TVs, and walk-in closets. The ensuite baths have 2 sink vanities and walk-in showers. The other bedroom has a King bed, 36-inch flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath with single sink vanity and shower only. The last room has a King bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has 2 sink vanity and shower only. There is another half bath off the hallway. At the very end of this long hallway is a “studio” type room with a sitting area, gas fireplace 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to deck. There is a full-size kitchen and dining table for 6.
On the lowest level is a card room and wine cellar. The home is located on several acres of land with a large yard and pond.
