"Upon initial observation, I was skeptical about staying at this facility, because it was clearly an older property, and didn’t have the safety feature that I’m accustomed to. Such as, entrance into the hotel rooms or directly off the parking lot, as opposed to entering from an inside hallway.
However, after examining the room (prior to check-in!), and overall propertyarea, I decided it was OK to stay. Because, the room was extremely clean, clearly newly renovated - with contemporary furnishings, the bed was firm, comfy pillows, and had very crisp and freshly laundered linens throughout.
Breakfast selection was good, freshly prepared,with a variety of choices, and the dining room clean beyond compare!
I recommend the property, and will return next year during the WC Handy jazz festival! "

"This was such a wonderful home to stay in my family for a long weekend. We were all so very impressed with everything in this house! The provisions they shared with us were such an added touch. My college niece and her boyfriend loved the variety of records provided. It was walkable to everything downtown in Florence and that was perfect for all that we were wanting to do. We will definitely have to stay there again!"

"Overall it was a beautiful home, well kept. Absolutely would stay again! My family was able to spread out throughout the property and the house as well. Owners very responsive listing stated the home had a crib upon arrival there was no crib. Contact the owners it was at the door with in a couple of hours. Things that need work, the Game room had no AC, which did hinder my teens from having some activities. Internet was weak, but I don’t think this is something that can fix due to the location of the property and all the beautiful trees. Maybe some DVDs to play on the TV. The biggest complaint for us was to have family size pots and pans to cook with. All there was small saucepans and small frying pans. I didn’t contact the owners that time because it was quicker to run to Walmart to grab larger pans to cook with for the week. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful time exploring Alabama! "
"The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. "

"This property far exceeded our expectations. There were four bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The location is centrally located to the park and the downtown area, restaurants and shops. I felt very safe in the neighborhood walking around the park at night. It is also very close to the WC Handy stages. Our coffee maker broke down, and Raffi was very responsive. We had a replacement coffee pot the same day. I would highly recommend staying here and I definitely would come back to the property if I am in the area again! "

"The description and pictures are 100% accurate. The house was very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and cozy and the view of the water can't be beat. It is an easy drive into Florence to get to the mall, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!"
