“Couldn’t have been a better experience! Staff was amazing, property was clean and updated. Will stay here again!”

“There was no ice bucket in the room to get ice. Breakfast is advertised as grab & go so I suggest you peel the boiled eggs. That's hard to do if you're on the go. There were plenty of towels in the room. I suggest you have some information available in the room about local places to eat and visit. I appreciate the shampoo and body wash mounted on the wall in the shower.”

“The room was big and had a king bed and for a bit over $400 a week I can't complain much. The good:The location is great, next to many restaurants and retailers, a theatre and bowling alley. Room was clean. They take trash out and change towels every morning. They sweep when requested and bedding on request. The bads: the ice machine is broke. The parking lot is rough. Loud music and marijuana use every evening from other tenants in the parking lot. Our plug went out to our fridge and……

“Nice stay, but the shower stall floor was so slippery when wet it was scary. I asked the person at the desk if they had any sort of bath mat to make standing in the shower safe and she said she had no idea, that no one had never asked that before (but it apparently important enough for her to ask the hotel owner/manager. So I just used a towel on the floor inside the bathtub during my shower the next day.”

“Great room. Only problem was the desk clerk kept speaking much faster than I could hear. I asked him to slow down a couple times but he just kept speaking like a heavily accented auctioneer. I still don't understand how he came up with that price.”

“The room was ideal. Comfy. Facility was well maintained. Parking lot clean. The location was within 5 minutes of the wedding. Do I need to say perfect. The breakfast was above and beyond.”

“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“Every time I left my room in the hallway it was a musty smell like the AC was not cool enough, also when I went into my room the AC was not on at all.”

“The property was absolutely amazing. Loved everything about it. And being right in the center of town was a nice feature. The staff was unbelievably kind and nice and generous. Having the restaurant downstairs was so convenient as well as the gift shop. However, the parking was a little bit tricky cause it’s street parking that is metered. But other than that, We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.”

“Had an eschew with the toilet call the front dest they where down there less than 3 min fixed it right up. Very very nice owner. Help us in a lot of ways. We had an emergency had to leave early they did not hesitate gave us our money back. That’s what good people do. I would say Good place to stay. If any things wrong call the dest and he will make it right. Give it a 9 out of 10 Thanks for Ty gee understanding. Family place for sure.”

“This is a nice resort for Northern Alabama. Has everything you need and is close by a bunch of good places to eat. The view of the dam is pretty good. The food and atmosphere at the in hotel restaurant is good.”

“The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else.”
