"Cute little place, had everything we needed. Little firepit, private dock with canoes and fishing poles. We really enjoyed the direct water access to the small lake. There were some ground hornets while launching the boat which we informed owner of so they can address that. Owner was very responsive to questions. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood driving in but nobody bothered us. The entire property was fenced so my pup could enjoy the yard with privacy fence on the 2 sides. It’s been 10 days since we left so I called about my refundable deposit which I hadn’t received back and VRBO said they would process it since owner has confirmed no damage. Overall we would stay again. "

"Lovely property and great pool only a few miles from supermarkets gas stations and restaurant's close to the i75 for routes to orlando, tampa and with in 2 hours of all of cental florida coasts from clearwater on the gulf to cocoa beach on the east coast would highly recommend to families.Only one very minor issue was the lack of an electric kettle but in the usa this is typical so we managed."

"Really enjoyed the lake and the house, it really has that great cozy fish camp feel. It’s a quiet area even with the boats on the lake over the weekend, it feels like summer. Owner responded well to all questions and communication. The house was clean and comfortable. To top it off we got to see the bats at sunset leaving it’s house on the boat dock."
"Our Grandchildren call our summer rentals in Florida "The Fishin House" because we always rent a house on a lake with a pool... This house is one of if not the best yet... We caught fish off the dock, went for boat rides, and swam in the pool near constantly... It's close enough to do an Orlando day trip which we did... Kimberly was awesome about communication. We were more than pleased with this Fishing House"

"Super awesome spot. 1000% best spot for a group of airboats. We had 4 airboats with us and herd of people/kids. Absolute blast. Incredibly nice house and property. Definitely coming back ASAP. Our house stopped by the first day we got there. She was very sweet and we were very grateful"

"We loved our experience at the RV. The host next door was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed how close the RV was to the springs and air boat tours. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the hawks in the trees. We would definitely rent again and have thought about returning since we had left."
"House and amenities were beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was stocked well. Pool was perfect.Only thing we were unhappy about was it was advertised as a 3 bedroom and there were only 2 bedrooms. We finally figured out that the garage was considered the 3rd. There was a murphy bed and a big screen tv on the floor. One of us was going to sleep there but the pool pump was too loud to sleep with and it was warm in there. All light switches were labeled which was a big plus. Would stay there again. "
"We came up here for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle. Very quaint location. Beautiful property, we enjoyed the sunsets on the dock. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet location only heard some air boats and the sounds of nature. 10/10 would return. "

"We rented this house to be close to family while visiting Florida. They liked it so much, we hosted dinner a couple nights. Big backyard, nice neighbors, great kitchen/family area! Technically it is waterfront, but it is mostly marsh. We could not run waverunners onto the lake. Overall Great Place!!"

"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."
