I would recommend this to anyone visiting Hard Rock Casino. It was absolutely wonderful, clean and the entire staff was great! Wonderful place to spend the night and the complimentary breakfast was above and beyond.

Not much for us to review. Pool was closed, couldn't get restocked in the room with coffee. Fire alarm went off and fire trucks showed but we only really knew anything when we saw the trucks outside (I'm half deaf so was hard to hear the alarm until I opened the door) No one checked on the guests. Otherwise I guess we did sleep mostly well and the hotel is in a good location and close to restaurants.

I chose this hotel because it was convenient, had breakfast and was cheap. It gets a well deserved 3, even if I suffered a couple inconveniences. For example, there is a hot and cold filtered water dispenser in the rather ordinary fitness room. When my room coffee maker broke, I pivoted to getting hot water just down the hall and using the coffee packet like a tea bag. Perfect solution.

For the price a decent location, it's very quick to access off I80 or Cline Avenue. Despite it's proximity to the aforementioned major roads, and some railroad, I didn't hear a thing. Quite a reasonable breakfast, so definitely pretty good value

Sheets sucked, threadbare with holes in them and bedspread had cigarette burns on it, towels sucked, again threadbare and had stains on them but were put in the room anyway, bed sucked, incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, and I had to ask to change rooms because of ants crawling all over the night stand and in the beds. Front desk staff on Thursday and Friday were the least professional, least friendly sarcastic women to be representing your establishment, felt like it was an imposition to check-in let alone ask questions. Rooms reeked of cigarettes and pee. I would suggest removing “Quality” from the name. The breakfast was decent.

There was a little hair in the shower and something had been spilled or dripped on the arms of the desk chair (which I just cleaned with a washcloth and soap and water), but these were relatively minor and otherwise the room was clean. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and tasted good.
