“It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again”

“The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. ”

“Staff were on point when I checked in, the check in process was quick, staff easy to talk to. Staff were friendly and approachable. Accommodation was on point, modern facilities, 3 bedroom, good kitchen, all cooking appliances, pool was utilised. The pool is solar powered, located close to Clifford shopping centre, 5 min drive to grand central shopping centre, central to park. Has a good bathroom, very modern bathroom with great spa, has Netflix, stan. Well worth the stay, 💯 10/10. Will be……
