"All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were comfortable, small bathroom as with all Moxys but everything you need was there. The only one thing that wasn't so great was the tiny gym. It's pretty much full if 2-3 people are using it but apart from that everything was great."

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Ideally located, unsurprisingly, for those flying from Birmingham. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed a couple of beers and a read in the hotel bar. For a hotel at an airport, there was surprisingly little noise from the planes arriving and departing,"

The office had booked me in for the wrong day, and to make things worse, the hire van I was driving had a faulty key — with my locked phone still inside! Olivia didn’t hesitate to step in. She used her personal phone to help search for a solution, and thanks to her calm and proactive attitude, we managed to get it sorted. She was absolutely brilliant — a real asset to the Village team! Also want to give a shoutout to the night staff, who were really helpful and friendly too. Thanks again to everyone — you turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. 👏"

"Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "

"A great place to stay for the NEC. Emma was particularly helpful as we had booked a second night later in my partner’s name, which looked complicated! Parking was also excellent, with easy walk to NEC. And excellent breakfasts- what more could you want?! We’ll be back."
