Shortly after checking in, I discovered roaches in my room. I called the front desk multiple times to report the issue. Their only solution was to move me to another room — which also had roaches (I saw three in total). When I called again to complain, I was told my only options were to move yet again or check out early, with no offer of a refund or even a discount for the inconvenience. The lack of cleanliness and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable.
