Check in was nice and pleasant. Our room was clean. We left our things and came back around 8pm. When we came back is when we had a problem, we entered the room and it had a strong smell of marijuana. Since traveling with our three year old we immediately called the front desk and the woman was very apologetic and got us a new room. She said that someone would be coming to the room and checking in. The man that came was very room and basically said we were lying. When he didn’t even step into the room. He said there was no way that someone was smoking because we were on a student floor. We told him he could come in to check but he laughed and said no. So we just left to our new room. Our new room was a mess to say the least. Papers on the floor and old stains, the room was hot and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. At this point we were all tired so we let it be. In the morning we went to the breakfast bar and we ran into the same man, then he followed us to the breakfast bar and literally stood there and watched us. We were very uncomfortable so had a quick breakfast and left. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, clean hotel, friendly staff. Only reason for the 4 star is because they are re paving their parking lot and their key system was down so you could not leave and enter your room without staff having to go with you.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were unable to make keys for the rooms due to the Microsoft issue but were quick to ensure someone was at our door to let us in. The room itself was clean but the common areas, the halls and windows, were not as nice. They were tearing up the parking lot so it would seem as though they were working on some upgrades.

The buffet price is not accurate, its $18 pp not $15 as specified. Something like a generator/fan kicked on every morning like clock work around 6:30/7a.m. that woke me up daily. Hotel does not have transportation to/from airport all the time as specified, only when driver on staff. Was able to get a ride to the airport from hotel, but had to uber when landed. There was a rotten egg horrible smell in the hall way for a couple of days, very horrible. Was quite surprised by a Hilton. Most run down Hilton I've ever seen. The staff was fantastic & very helpful.

The front desk lady with the blond hair was very rude. I ended up talking with the office manager. I was moved to three rooms because the first two air conditioners were broken. The comforters and bed sheets were not clean. I asked for clean ones and they sent up sheets for me to make up the bed myself, which I did. They decided to redo the parking lots so parking was an inconvenience.

We loved the rooms and they were really accommodating with getting two rooms that were connecting for our family of 4. They also give you complimentary cookies upon check-in. But the biggest complaints we had were that we paid for breakfast for everyday, and the hot options were unavailable because the equipment in the kitchen weren’t working (eggs, bacon, potatoes etc.) two of the days we were there the oatmeal and waffle maker wasn’t working either. And one of the lamps in my mom’s room wasn’t working and she called facilities to get it fixed on the first day of our four day trip, and no one ever came.

The staff were great. The property seemed clean in the common areas. There were a few spots in the room however that needed a little more attention. i.e the shower/tub grout/hair/scum and the coffee pots (last persons moldy grinds in it). I was also disappointed to learn that the rooms did not have refrigeration so my leftovers from dinner had to be thrown away. A member of my party also saw a mouse in the lobby but I cannot say that I saw it myself....
