“Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. ”

“The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

“Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. “Loved our stay in our quaint cottage! Located about midway on Great and Little Exuma, so made a great base for our travels across the island, and we went point to point throughout the week. Dock and kayak was great fun (turtles!). And the pool was a great refresher after days on the beach.Host Miss Valerie was so sweet and helpful. “This has been a dream property! The location is BEAUTIFUL and it truly has everything you need for a perfect stay. There is central air conditioning, plus every room has a mini split, so the house stayed nice and cool! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. There was a box of pool toys our kids really appreciated. The beach with kayaks and paddle boards was so enjoyable, plus we enjoyed the personal dock that we were able to keep our boat at for easy access. All 4……
