"It's a nice place with some nice outside areas as well. Walking distance to all the restaurants makes it even better!
The carpet in our room had some stains on it that were really the only concern....
Our fridge didn't work...and they were right on it trying to fix it. I don't believe it ever came back on and began cooling but the young dude that attempted to fix it was nice and polite.
This is still and has always been our first choice to stay in Anderson when we're in town for the Clemson...

"This property is amazing. Perfectly and comfortably fit my four children and myself. The boat rental on site was totally worth it and care free. Preston even had a mechanic on call to come take a look at the boat when it wouldnt start. Turned out being a bad battery which the mechanic fixed immediately! Preston and his neighbor were extremely helpful and supportive during the entire stay. We will absolutely be staying again. Just left today and am already looking forward to going again!!"

"We loved everything about our stay here! The house itself was so cozy and well-appointed. The hosts’ attention to detail is obvious, as we had everything we needed and more. We spent most of our time floating in the water and sunning on the dock in the beautiful, quiet cove, but also enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck in the mornings!
