"Beautiful property opened in May 2024, about 20 min. from the entrance to the Yosemite park. We booked a 2 bedroom cottage (king queen bed). The cottages are free standing, each with a separate entrance. The parking is just outside the cottage (no valet). The cottage was modern, with an high ceiling, and a patio. It reminded me a bit of Healdsbourg Montage. The main bedroom had a double sided fire place which can be enjoyed from the main bedroom and from the outside patio. There is no TV in the cottage. The bathroom had a toilet and a standing shower (great water pressure), and a small window above the shower which could be opened to let the fresh forest air in and the sound of the birds chirping. Right outside of the bathroom, there was a sink, with a small fridge, keurig coffee machine, mugs and cups for 4 people across the entryway. The floors were wooden everywhere except for the bedrooms (bedrooms had carpeting). The property itself is huge, full of trees, running creeks, little cute bridges, a pond with ducks, places to sit and relax (chairs, hammocks), game playing area, a 24hr pool with a jacuzzi. The reception area is spacious, open, with a convenience store attached to it (you can buy there food, drinks including wine and fresh made coffee, baked goods, clothes, gifts, etc.) Bikes are placed all over the property for everyone to ride. The restaurant had fresh, delicious, and nicely plated dishes. All staff (reception, restaurant) were friendly and helpful. "

"Perfect spot just off the road just 40 mints from Tioga pass. It was bike only day at Tioga and we just needed to get a room to rest. Rested well, love that the cottages are individual with neat little decks. Would have liked a microwave and mostly a tv for a Netflix to fall asleep to. But not major. Rested well and it was a great meeting spot for my friends before heading to Yosemite. Oh and the were nice enough to let us leave a car for several hours on their property until nearly 5pm after check out. "

"What a wonderful stay we had! We were in Groveland for seven nights, and our only regret was that we were not staying longer. The house is nestled in a way that it has complete privacy. It has a view to the lake which makes sitting out especially pleasant. Beds were very comfortable, great shower pressure, and spacious kitchen which I especially appreciated as I cooked most of our meals. Also, there are lots of games, pool table, and many more to entertain kids and adults. The most memorable thing was when a herd of deers came across the property, and we got to watch them extra close without scaring them away. Plus we saw a hare at least twice. Who can ask for more? Thank you for your hospitality. We cannot wait to come back"

"This is a charming old house right on the main drag, 90 minutes from Yosemite Village. The innkeepers are a lovely couple who pampered us throughout. Very comfortable and accessible. Pleanty of walkable restaurant choices."

"The house was bigger and nicer then in the pictures! $ sisters and a mom had a wonderful get away. Had everything we needed and the owner Stephen was quick to communicate and answer questions. The stairs to the lake were daunting to mom, but a road to the dock made all the difference! Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked and quite view off the deck. Great stay, high recommendations!"

"Great place in Groveland. Very close to Yosemite NP entrance. The Taproom and its outside seating in the back are great. Cool to chill in the wrap around porch. Very close walking distance to various dining options in town. "

"It was a private cabin feel, just what we were looking for. Blinds were dusty & could use vacuuming & maybe a cheap box of Kleenex added to bathroom but otherwise quite comfortable"

"Great place. The tavern was awesome too. Only drawback I had was the shower. Our’s was a claw tub. The edge was a little higher for my wife and I and could pose a problem getting in and out of. Just saying but I loved it. "

"We stayed two nights, with a visit to Yosemite in between. The cabin is very comfortable, located in an intriguing mountain subdivision surrounding a lake (which we did not visit, except fleetingly.) The communication with owners was excellent."
