"According to the advert of the property, you can use the kitchen and the microwave. Moreover, the advert gives you the impression that you can dispose of the whole house. It was a big disappointment when we found out that it is only a Bed & Breafast and you cannot actually use the kitchen. "They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam "
