“Chambre spacieuse et tres propre ”

“One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded ”

“Franchement c’est un hôtel qui mérite pas le prix qu’on a payé pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et celui de la chambre est nul il se chauffe lui même la télé n’avait pas beaucoup de chaîne et il y avait pas des draps en plus .”

“The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water……

“Oh, what a lovely little gem this hotel is! Tucked away in a peaceful corner of bustling Brussels, Belgium, it’s just perfect – close enough to the city center to be convenient, yet blissfully quiet and cozy. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, which made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is wonderful too, with some truly excellent restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed trying authentic Belgian dishes – and those mussels from the restaurant right across the street! We’re still……

“I would highly recommend this stay for anybody! Alex the host was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in and he allowed us to come in early and drop off our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was nice and we even met his dog Luna :-). We were a block away from a portion of the Christmas markets and about 8 minutes from all the downtown shops and sights. Stop looking and just stay here!”

“We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip.”
