Cozy Inn in an amazing Cornish harbour location. Loved every minute sitting on the windowsill and watching the ongoings outside. Lovely cooked breakfast and traditional pub downstairs. Will come again!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was lovely, very well equipped, and had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely location, parking at the hotel is limited. We stayed for four nights, Breakfast was a disappointment, on three occasions the eggs were over cooked, fresh fruit was a slice of Mellon, no bread/ roles. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located a the rear of the hotel looking over a covered area for pub and hotel guests use. with the windows open the noise from this area was disturbing. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Tastefully decorated with lovely touches in rooms

The hotel is beautiful. It has been decorated to such a high standard and there are lovely touches in the room. We would definitely go back.

A real Gem

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we have rarely enjoyed a place more. The staff were all lovely and there were lots of them, the bedroom beautifully decorated with a fabulous bathroom and a view of the harbour. We ate there one night both the dinner and the breakfasts had good local food, well cooked and great value for money. We will definitely be back, stunning place!

We were so disappointed as we loved the location and when we got into our room it was very nice apart from the people walking past the room window. The main issue was checking in. The member of staff said the rooms had been delayed which in itself isn’t a major issue. But to be told as the customer I was wrong that check in was only from 3pm and that didn’t mean the room would be ready at that time was mind boggling. Does that mean they can check me in whenever they like? She told us our paperwork would say between 3 and 4 but when I checked it didn’t say that. There were quite a few people waiting to get into their rooms who were equally unimpressed. After a 5 hour drive and a lunch at the same venue where we had hard bread we should have complained more at the time. Some of the staff at the bar seemed quite harassed. There were no food or drink menus making it hard to order. There were lots of other things that weren’t great about the visit. But at breakfast the team were lovely and friendly and saved the visit. This is a relatively expensive place to stay so really would have expected a premium experience.
