They acknowledged what was happening outside while maintaining a comfortable, normal atmosphere. Communication was clear, empathy genuine, and care above expectations. While we’d love to name individuals, every team member was exceptional—from front desk and housekeeping to dining, security, and management. "Brand new hotel in Tinchuli near Boudhanath, very modern facility, great rooms with diverse layouts nicely accomodating both groups and solo travelers. Wonderful local neighborhood to explore and enjoy the activity around Boudha stupa. Hotel Sherpani is same quality as the big 4 star brand hotels I've stayed in ktm, but with more local culture. Hotel Sherpani rates are a great value in comparison as well. Love the top floor restaurant/terrace/chill area, my favorite view in ktm. Highly recommend."
