“NIGHTMARE. Host was grumpy since Day 1\. After the Host waited to inform me the unit was ready just 5 minutes before check-in time, I drove to the unit and upon arrival, the place looked like a DUMP. Garage door was wide open and COMPLETELY FULL of junk as well as the yard, I thought I was in a homeless area. Rental unit looked VERY OLD and run down and once inside, you could hear people walking and talking above you. Unit was DIRTY inside and LOUD. Wi-Fi service was PATHETIC at 15mbps. ……

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again."
