“This property is a great value! It is an older home but has been updated. It has a very homey feel and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals and all amenities' promised were available. The backyard was Stunning! ”

“The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them.……

“This is a bare bones property. Really alot of issues with this property. We were only staying one night, four adults. when we arrived the back door was unlocked and the garage light on...as tho someone had just been there. My son went to the bathroom and got locked in- that happened two more times. My daughter got locked in the bedroom. There are no blankets or extra pillows. Just 2 pillows per bed. There was one towel each, the shower backed up when taking a shower. There is not one salt……

“Zen was super responsive, making check in a breeze. The hot tub heats up very quickly and there was so much space for everyone to hangout together, or decompress on their own if they wanted. Location is great- only about 20 minutes to Napa. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area! ”

“Perfectly situated for the ultimate Napa experience. This was the best home base we could have asked for. We were just minutes away from downtown Napa’s world-class restaurants and a short drive to the iconic wineries of Yountville and St. Helena. The concierge was extremely helpful with tasting recommendations and dinner reservations. The property itself is pristine and very quiet. We’ll definitely be back!”
