“Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.”

“Hector, the host, was communicative, available and helpful. The house was just what we needed to be nearby family we were visiting. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, with a nostalgic California Brady Bunch vibe. The vibe continued inside the house, where some rental updates still don't obscure the underlying 80's bits. The back yard was pleasant, bedding and towels were clean and accommodating, TV and wi-fi were good, and kitchen appliances allowed for great morning coffee and a little……

“Arrived 10PM and left early AM although booked 3days. Dirty, smelly not maintained. broken walls, bed etc. Do not book”

“Listing lies about the parking -- there is none. You have to squeeze your way into the driveway past a parked car that leaves about a foot of space to lift your heavy bags over.. The key lockbox is confusing and hard to use with arthritic fingers. There's a handicap accessible sign on the gate but this is a joke because of the car blocking it. Place smells bad too, like cheap deodorant. Cute enough in a basic kind of way. Could use more blankets”

“My husband & I were in town for a couple of days to visit our son. While we usually stay at hotels, we decided to rent something more convenient and comfortable. So glad we did! Our host, Arden, could not have been more responsive, kind, and accommodating. The cottage was charming, comfortable , and private. And we particularly enjoyed the hot tub at night which was totally fenced in, secluded, and located directly behind the cottage. We will definitely be booking with Arden again next time……
