It’s a long walk from Hakata station, so it’s not convenient to travel by foot with luggage or with young kids without stroller. We encountered problems during both check in and check out. Since it’s self check in without assistance, it took way longer than expected. The staff was helpful, but was quite troublesome with back and forth via FaceTime.
