"Staff and food were excellent. Property is old and needs upgrading. It rained overnight while we were there and the hotel leaked in corridors. Water everywhere in corridors and the stairs between floors.
Rooms acceptable but not as clean as they should be.
This hotel has a sister hotel across the street and that is where most of the facilities are, big onsen bath etc."

"Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Good access from the train station. A variety of restaurants close by.
It would be perfect if there is a direct access bridge between the car park and the lobby."
