“The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues.
The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites……
