Home includes dry boat lift and boat ramp on property.
A short 10min walk will have you on the beach watching the waves roll in.
A short drive will have you at all the best local restaurants and night life.
Enjoy the sound of the ocean at night on the porch over looking the canal with beautiful colorful sunsets that only the beach can offer.
2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the main living area while one bedroom and bathroom have been built into the garage area. This bedroom has a window air unit and portable heaters.
