“The place was beautiful. Stunning mountain and ocean views from the condo. It was so tranquil to sip coffee in the morning and then have a sunset dinner on the balcony. Parking was great. Beach access was simple. I would stay there again! ”

“The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to……

“Beautiful pool and bbq area … quit complex even with construction . Full time residents were very nice . This condo had everything we needed . Although it’s an older unit it was very nice . Plenty of hot water and very clean . ”

“This place was amazing. Location was fantastic, and the VRBO was stocked better than any other Vrbo we have stayed at. Only on negative comment on the bath towels, the were the worst ever. Please get softer towels for future guests. ”

But the only reason I hesitate to put the 5 star is because some of the appliances were old and the dishwasher was broken, it does need a revamp in some of the pans, kitchen utensils, fans and lighting fixtures.But if you aren’t staying inside too long is a great place! ”
