    This condo is close to everything. 5 minute walk from the ocean. Totally renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Kona. You can walk everywhere. 2 queen-sized beds with couch and extra mattress to accommodate up to 5 people (best suited for 4 people.) Fully furnished living room, bed rooms, screened lanai, and fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and more (no dishwasher.) You will get a fully equipped apartment with TV, internet, Apple TV, linens, towels and beach towels to make your stay on the sunny coast of Big Island a great time (all utilities included.) You are close to everything for restaurants, stores and entertainment. 15 minute drive from Kona airport and of course amazing beaches very close. 5 minute walk from the beach and Kona pier. Swimming pool and coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the property, free designated parking. This condo features air conditioning and has been completely updated mid February 2014 so feel free to inquire for more information... Hawaii sales tax of 14.96% The assigned parking spot is in very close proximity to the condo.

      Great place in the heart of town.

      Super awesome and convenient coming from Maui and working. In the heart of town so shopping and eating was super close. Really clean and comfortable too.

          Prime location, budget friendly

          A well-used, functional unit at a cost suited to those visiting Kona on a tight budget. Expect more, and you might be disappointed. Very good Internet, television, and especially communication from the owner. Ceiling fans throughout. Location is prime for walking to everything the heart of Kailua-Kona offers. Short walk to pool and laundry (though we used neither). Naturally, renters should not expect peace & quiet in this urban setting in a large, residential complex comprising, older, inexpensively constructed buildings. Two examples: The KTA grocery next door makes for super convenient shopping, but during our short stay, a small army of leaf blowers began work there daily around 6:00 am. And the, perhaps lonesome, gentleman who lives above the unit favors a routine of loud, lengthy, late-night and early morning phone calling. The owner could likely cut propane(?) cost if the flame for any of the four stove-top burners could be adjusted lower than the High-to-Medium-High range possible. We shared quarters with a few geckos in addition to the big, decorative one on the wall. :-)

            Convenient location

            Very clean property in a multi-unit complex convenient to downtown Kona shops and restaurants. Window air conditioners kept the bedrooms cool at night. Great to have dedicated parking space! Owners communicated well, and although I had no issues, I feel that they would have been quite responsive.
