"First, check-in was extremely easy and fast. They already had my key cards ready and I was checked-in in about two minutes. They had ice water and lemon ice water on hand as a refreshment. Parking is self parking with no additional fees. The room was extremely clean with no sign of any insects, a very clean shower with good water pressure and above average hotel quality soap, shampoo, and lotion. The beds were very comfortable and supportive which is important to me due to spinal issues. The breakfast was a 7.5 out of 10 when it comes to free hotel breakfasts. They had small cheese omelettes, biscuits, sausage patties (which I made a breakfast sandwich with), cereals, muffins, bagels, waffle makers, yogurt, and a small amount of fruit, as well as orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, and coffee. The location seemed safe, much safer than other locations I’ve been in in New Orleans. An internet search confirmed a lower crime rate in this area. I will stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans. "
