“2 of the 4 rooms that we rented were horrible! One hadn’t been cleaned at all at we had to get another one asap. The other one we didn’t notice until it was time to lay down & had to be moved. They had cereal but no milk for breakfast, we’re out of several different juices & other things. Not sure if it was the manager, night shift or day shift clerk but someone stole some of our stuff. (Our guest who had a late night check in) Something was left & that morning when asked about it they said……

“It was a very clean room. Conveniently located next to the place for convention Easy to get coffee with Starbucks onsite.”

“My room was ready once I got there. The hotel was very clean and inviting.”

“Check-in was fine, and 1 person working was kind. The room was filthy. Mold on the floor in more than 1 area. Advertised that I had a choice of Queen or Double beds. I paid more for Queen beds. At the front desk, my husband was told they do not have Queen beds there at all. My son has horrible allergies and was triggered staying there and was up all night. We should have left, but we had an event to attend right after check-in, so we left so quickly. Tried calling them to take care of……
