“There were several signs of age in the room and throughout the hotel. Cracked drywall, poorly fixed drywall holes. Carpet had holes in it. The first room smelled like body odor so I requested a new room. Elevator floor had wet floor cone inside for two days. The floor was dirty and aged. The pool was very cloudy. “This was a nightmare from the time I walked in to check in. At check in the man asked if I had a pet? I said no, my boyfriend has an ADA service animal. He asked a lot of illegal and HIPPA violations questions, he also asked me to have the dog preform his duties, very illegal as well. He tried to charge me a pet fee again very illegal. “You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend.”
