“Rooms stinks bad”

“A clean, well maintained property with a 10/10 water front porch perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. There are even kayaks and paddle boats available for use! Will not look anywhere else for a room while going to Pine Knob- would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Clarkston area!”

“Loved our stay ! The staff was very kind and professional. We really enjoyed our room, it was big enough for a family and the bed was soooooo comfortable, we slept great. We enjoyed the pool in the morning and the breakfast that was included. 100% will be returning when we come back to visit our friends.”

“Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties.”

“Quick weekend trip in the area. Spacious room. Clean. Plenty of seating/working areas. A lot of channels. Toilettries were fine (soap/shampoo) Still miss small bottles so you have to shower just to wash your hair (can't use sink). Would have liked a makeup mirror. Breakfast had a good variety and was kept hot and stocked. Lobby bar was fine - minimal food options and drink options, but food we had was very good. “The employee who checked me in was very rude. The key card he made me didn’t work. This had also happened to the guest who checked in before me so it was presumably his fault. I didn’t see him again during my stay. All other employees were polite and helpful. The hotel states that there is housekeeping every other day. This isn’t true. Every three days would be more accurate. Once it was four days. My trash cans were overflowing. I noticed other guests leave no bags of trash in the……
