"This was our second stay at this hotel and we have really enjoyed it. Our rooms in both occasions have been spotless, cosy and welcoming. The staff are lovely and attentive and Abbi was especially helpful, It was bonfire night and extremely busy but she handled it all very well, with non resident guests trying to come into the hotel. There was also cheese and biscuits put out for guests, which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was good and aplenty, we will definitely be back. "
"A lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a wonderful view. Great shower, good size of room.
Just TV, No netflix or other streaming service.
Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see."

10/10 Excellent
"Five-star experience all round, the house was exactly as described and spotlessly clean and tidy, living space and bedrooms were really comfortable and well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Outdoor space and overall setting made it really special. Location was great, tucked away down a quiet, private lane. Easy check-in and really good communication before and during the stay."
"Our room was spacious, comfortble and clean. The breakfasts were very tasty and substantial. We ate dinner in the restaurant where the food was delicious with generous portions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend and would happily stay there again."
