We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. "The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."

The shower was great, the air conditioning was refreshing, the unlimited water dispenser was a great idea, and the morning breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. "Wir waren mit unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Straße. Alle wesentlichen Highlights der Stadt sind fußläufig. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein größerer Supermarkt.Parken ist in Görlitz-City fast überall kostenpflichtig und so gibt es nur wenige kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe - man kann aber bis 9 Uhr kostenlos direkt in der Straße parken oder für eine Stunde auf dem Supermarkt Parkplatz.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, und bietet reichlich Schlafplätze. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. *****"

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night."
