"The rooms are on the tighter side, but very stylish and clean. We had the river view room and the view was wonderful. The breakfast (extra charge at ¥1800) is very much worth it. We will definitely be back next time we are staying in the Sakuragicho area of Yokohama!"

"Me and my wife enjoyed this stay very much! All essential items are provided for and lots of little luxuries like salt bath, morning tea etc as is the usual everywhere. What makes them stand out is the quality of their stuff like excellent towel, bed is super comfy and rooms super quiet.
Only thing I have constructive criticism of is to make the sign of the hotel more visible and obvious from first floor outside as I had issue finding this place."
"I had a Suite on the top floor and it was very nice. It was very spacious and I liked the two leather couches that faced each other with the leather trunk coffee table in between. Very elegant.
They think of every detail. And the bathroom and shower is truly amazing. There was plenty of space in the large closet. For anything you might have. There are pajamas laid out on the bed and very luxurious robes available in the closet.
The beds are traditional Japanese and are a little bit firm. However they thoughtfully provide memory foam mattress toppers in the closet if you should want a little softer feel.
I asked for a late check out and even though somebody was scheduled to have the room after me they let me extend to noon for free. They will hold your bags as long as you want for no charge.
The breakfast menu offers Western choices and Japanese food. It does not feel cramped in the breakfast area and there are even private rooms with tables inside if you prefer a little more privacy for breakfast.
I really can't think of anything negative to say about my stay."
"The location is excellent—just 2–3 minutes’ walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to several museums. We also had a partial ocean view from our room. A shopping mall is only a few minutes away, with plenty of dining options.
My three-year-old daughter even dragged me to the Pepper Lunch restaurant downstairs right after her shower! There’s also a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient.
Breakfast at the hotel is great. Since most museums open around 10–11 AM, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out."
"Probably the best hotel I stayed at overall. Very close to the station, I mean really close. There’s a convenience store in the lobby. The area across the street has a night life. There’s also a Daiso/drug store/ market also across the street. Onigiri for 79y and it’s as good as 7-11 or Lawson or FM. I would definitely stay here again. The laundry room has four machines, and you can check the status of the machines on the tv. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one weird thing is the hotel lobby is on the third floor, not an issue; just weird. "
