“Very polite and helpful staff. Great communication from initial booking. Lovely, clean room and terraces. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only suggestion would be to provide some body lotion in the bathroom. Aside from that, everything was perfect for our stay. Thank you.”

“非常推薦！酒店方面可以幫忙預定各種tour還有機場shuttle bus 而且價格也很優惠，出發前跟他們確認就可以了。房間很大住的很舒適，還有酒店位置基本不需要爬斜坡。早餐很豐富也很好吃😋住了三天 很幸運三天都看到了熱氣球❤️酒店裡的每個人都非常友善 也見到了傳說中會講一點中文的小哥 他本人很有趣很愛開玩笑😆謝謝他們讓我們有一個非常好也非常難忘的住宿體驗。”

“酒店員工熱情友善，會主動幫忙拿行李，離開的時候也有主動幫助。浴室空間夠大，乾淨整潔，風景優美，早上可以去天台拍熱氣球照。沒有漱口水杯牙刷牙膏，記得自備，酒店位於斜坡之上, 上斜有點辛苦。早餐美味多樣，整體住宿體驗很好。”

Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia ”

“There is a warm atmosphere that made you feel relaxed. Breakfast is good, they serve Halve w/ pistachio, like it very much! There is a good view from the terrace. Mustafa and Abbas are very kind and helpful,you can really count on them.”

“The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! ”

About 8 minutes to bus station in Goreme. 2、The Hotel provide tours and cheap airport transfer, and Butterfly Balloon package(The most famous in Goreme). The staff are very friendly and helpful! 3、Big breakfast !! It is delicious. ”

“Room was a little damp as expected for a cave hotel but clean. The staff was excellent, very attentive, thoughtful, and spoke good English. We had to leave for the airport early (before their breakfast time) but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches for us.”
