“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“Staff was very friendly. Accommodation’s were clean and well maintained. The pool area was clean and spacious. Pool had a depth of 31/2 to 5 1/2 feet. It (pool) was large and the grandchildren enjoyed playing with lots of space not intrude on others also in the pool. ”
