“The whole hotel has a strong smell it made my head hurt the lamps didn’t work so had minimal light in the room I was staying in. ”

“Booked last minute to stay for our anniversary but was not told upon check in that there was no hot water in the hotel and was also told there was nothing they were going to do about it when I asked to speak to a manager. I was told it was to late (9pm) and that I just needed to go to my room and wait until the next day when a maintenance staff member would be available. There was also no hot water the second night and multiple times I asked for a manager to which each time I was told no and……

“We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they……
