Being met at the airport and then gate to the old town was an excellent service and made sure we found the hotel. The host was great and knowledgeable and because it was very hot the week we were there, they provided replacement towels every day. Bed was huge and the flat was perfect for our needs. It’s in the heart of Old Town and the directions on how to enter through the Pile gate made it so we didn’t have hardly any steps to carry our luggage. The rooms were immaculately clean and lots of amenities (including towels!).

"Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Stan who was so lovely and really made us feel right at home. This was the best service I have experienced anywhere. Additionally I would recommend eating at their restaurant which has some of the tastiest food in the old town - 10/10 would recommend the pistachio cheesecake and black ravioli. We both died and went to heaven! "
"I was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night. I can't believe that I was able to save money and be in the heart of everything! It is literally a few steps from the main walkway in old town. Checking in is easy as there was someone there to greet us and give us our key. Ensure you have the city fee in cash or you will have to go to an ATM nearby and pay ATM fees. I checked out the next morning and was able to leave my bags while I went to explore more. I loved the old charm in my room, especially the large golden and crystal chandelier! "

"We had a wonderful stay at San Rocco Palace! Our first night was in a ground floor room, which was clean and spacious and met all of our needs. The rest of our stay was in a balcony room that was absolute incredible! (It wasn’t available the first night). Amazing views! Breakfast on that balcony each morning was one of the highlights of our stay!
The staff was helpful and communication was easy. The magnetic door keys were a bit tricky but one or two tries and you’re good…it’s not rocket science.
The hotel is in a great location. One thing to note though is that there are a LOT of stairs - both on the way to the property and once inside (depending on your floor). If you have mobility issues, staying in Dubrovnik’s old town will be a challenge for you!

"The apartment was of a high standard. Very clean and plenty of space for a couple. The location in the old town was perfect, with all the bars and restaurants very close by. It was also only a short walk to the old harbour, Stradun and the Jesuit Stairs.
I found the apartment very easy to find, even at night when I arrived. There were no steps to contend with while carrying luggage, which in the old town is a huge convenience.
