“Appartement 距離Pile Gate 很近，在主大道旁的巷子裏, 大概只需要爬1~2階的樓梯. 但屋內沒有電梯, 需要爬樓梯. 屋主會提前聯絡詢問到達時間, 安排入住有問題也可以線上詢問. 房間很大很寬敞也很乾淨, 室內有冷暖空調, 客廳與臥室是隔開的. 有提供廚具與洗衣機, 也有人會來清潔. 隔壁就是甜點店, 想吃甜點很方便.”

“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“Although the pictures show ocean view there was none. Also guests should be forewared abour the numerous sets of steps to get to the apartment. Especially difficult with luggage.”

“Leider konnte ich insgesamt keine 5 Sternebewertung abgeben. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt an der Hauptstraße der Altstadt und das ist der Knackpunkt. Durch die umliegenden Restaurants ist es nachts durch die Gäste sehr laut. Unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super nett und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber Safe und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden”

“Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.”

“The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. The air conditioning was working properly on the top floor so it was very warm no fan was provided. Some positives was good communication with the office and quick responses, held the luggage for……

“This was a beautiful place to stay within the city walls of Dubrovnik, with such a convenient location. The room had tons of amenities, mini fridge in the loft, beautiful bathtub, and all the travel amenities you may have forgotten including umbrella. Would stay again as long as prepared with earplugs for the nearby cathedral bells that go off all night long.”

“Wi-fi is not very stable due to bad weather. The host is very nice and kind!”

“i loved the opportunity to stay in this beautiful townhouse and be so close to all the restaurants and inside the city wall, easy to coordinate arrival and departure, we knew in advance that we would need to carry our luggage over cobblestone streets and up/down stairs so something to keep in mind.”

“BEWARE of the 10% “Service Charge” on your entire bill. Was shocked to see this with no good explanation. Appears to be a money grab by the hotel on top of the fees for insurance and city tax. Staff were very friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and way too many stairs for our liking. ”
