Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches sehr unangenehme Gerüche im Treppenhaus verursacht. Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung und die Ausstattung der Küche war gut und ausreichend. Sauberkeit war auch ok.
