The management is entirely dishonest, running an operation with an unreachable host who disappears when issues arise. After dealing with a terrible room, we advised the admin we’d stay only 1 night, check out the next day, and requested a 2-night refund. The admin explicitly agreed, but Expedia later informed us they never forwarded the refund info, blocking our money back. They lied straight to……

“Hotel forced me to download their app before check in. with the app i got a password key to enter the hotel. nobody works in the hotel. its a building without workers. everything is done via the app and there is no parking. host did not inform me that I was obliged to download their app to check in. hotel sheets were cheap. i called the number and left a voice message. nobody called me back. stay away if you don't want to download the hotel app to enter the building.”

Os canais da TV não funcionavam bem, saiam do ar com frequência. O apartamento é bom, só precisa melhorar os cuidados de manutenção. A roupa de cama era razoável.”
