"The young man who checked me in was absolutely a breathe of great l fresh air from the staff at the neighboring hotel the heritage inn. He was friendly understanding and he seemed to understand how one might be feeling getting evacuated and displaced from their home. Above and beyond to help make an extremely stressful situation as manageable as he could. He seemed genuine and wanting to help in any way he could. Understanding it was unexpected and not really an expense I could afford he even waived the security deposit so I didn't have to worry about coming up with it to just have it returned when I leave.
