"Arriving just 2 weeks after the official opening I doubt we will see the hotel this quiet again. It's clearly not going to be fully operational for a few weeks. Only 1 block is open while the other is still being fitted out. The noise is mostly confined to indoors so isn't terribly noticeable. Not all the restaurants were open but they are coming online slowly and there is definitely a lack of signage anywhere. The swim up rooms are lovely (note that the pool isn't heated). We took the half board option, breakfast and dinner menus were dry generous, included many choices and the food was very fresh and tested good The swimming pools and beach are very well maintained and the whole landscaping is beautiful Will definitely plan another trip very soon "

"To get the sea view room that i booked, the lady in the reception gave me a room with 1 queen bed instead of 2 beds for me and my son. Friendly staff overall. Nice location. The hotel gives you access to a beach right on the marina. A supermarket and great dining options are within walking distance. Also the marina area is great to walk around and this hotel is in the middle of it. A couple of problems in the room after I checked in but they were fixed. I definitely recommend this place."

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...

"We went to this hotel to try it, its very clean, rooms are large, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, icecream shop. 2 pools one heated, a good gym, a lovely spa i had a good massage. loads of seating areas, all the staff are very nice and helpful, reception fast check - in we were early but they gave us our rooms, our friends had a free upgrade, mini bar first day free, water and kettles in room. We enjoyed it and will return. "
