“The house has beautiful views and is very spacious. The host was very communicative and the place was a wonderful deal. The hot water has a very bad aroma, sulfur I believe, and it would be nice if it could be filtered in a way to remove the smell. The outside temps got up to about 80 and the loft area got very warm making it a little difficult for the guest who was up there to sleep. “We reserved this location for our annual family reunion. Our group was 12 people and we had no issues. The house was clean, very well maintained and the layout was great for our group. Plenty of bathrooms, which was important for our group. The house was solid. Our room was on the basement level and we did not hear any footsteps overhead. We were there for the hottest week of the summer, so far, and the climate control handled it just fine. The appliances were modern. The grounds were peaceful……

“We stayed here from Northern California for our Nephews wedding at Boldt Castle. The home was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, minus an iron and ironing board. But the fact that the family left nice little treats and coffee was a definite plus as was the shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the showers. “This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip.”
