Had I not stayed at another facility before arriving to this site the survey may have been better. Upon our arrival the guy at the desk kept talking over us like the questions we asked did matter. Second, if the rooms were clean you couldn’t tell because the carpet on the floor was stained in numerous places make it look dirty. The only thing I was happy about is I only needed a one night for my mom’s medical procedure and I will never plan another stay there!

Staff were attentive and wanted to ensure our stay was good. And it was. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was the best! We appreciated that. The only complaint (and it wasn’t major but I’m known as picky): carpet in bedroom should be replaced. Thank you for a great stay!
