"Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. Arba Resort, Valamar Collection

10/10 Excellent

"This an excellent resort… great location, good food, lovely staff… always helpful. … and facilities are spot on. However … two things to consider: 1) it is dog friendly, with rules to keep dogs on leads and in a separate part of the restaurant. However, it is not policed, and dog owners consistently had dogs on long leads ( I tripped over a lead!) , or some had no leads. In addition we had a neighbor leaving her barking dog… regularly… in her room. 2) the bathrooms areas are modern, but with inadequate privacy…frosted glass all round and no lock on the door. So .. space for improvement"

"A beautiful small hotel in a wonderful location. Service was excellent and the room was gorgeous and high quality in a traditional style. Our only gripe was whilst the room was serviced daily, it was just the bed partially made and nothing else. However, this didn’t bother us. On the expensive side but worth it and Rab is the most beautiful place to visit."
